Shipping & Processing: Ready to ship items will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once the order has been processed & Shipped, The order can take 3-5 business days to arrive to it's destination. Tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
(If an order is lost please reach out to your local Post office and file a claim. If for any reason it can not be found, We will handle it accordingly but we will ask for claim proof)
Custom made items: Custom made items are usually first come / first serve meaning there will be a limited amount on the site ready to ship once they are purchased. ***Shipping & Processing will be as stated above***
Pre orders: Pre ordered items will need to be made. This means they can take up to a week to create since we put a lot of love into each item. (Please Note: The wait time can increase depending on the quantity and product we will need to work on) Please reach out to us for a better lead time on your custom item at [email protected] ***Shipping & Processing with still be as stated above once the item is ready***
